Would laws banning TikTok violate the First Amendment?

The Supreme Court is hearing a case about whether Chinese-owned TikTok should be allowed to operate in the U.S. They'll look at claims that a law banning TikTok violates the First Amendment.

Here & Now's Jane Clayson speaks with Mary Anne Franks, professor at George Washington University Law School. She also serves as a paid adviser for TikTok.
