How Los Angeles can recover from catastrophic wildfires

Officials in Los Angeles remain worried that Santa Ana winds will whip up more small wildfires this week. The large Palisades and Eaton fires are now more contained, and Southern California is starting to transition from disaster prevention to recovery.
