Federal employees approach deadline to accept a 'deferred resignation' deal. But is it legal?
Feb. 6 is the deadline President Trump's administration gave federal employees to agree to quit their jobs in exchange for pay and benefits through September.
But the terms of the deal keep changing, and the administration recently acknowledged that funding for agencies is not guaranteed after March.
