The New Yorker celebrated its centennial to much fanfare with a special edition of the magazine last week as well as several special exhibits and merchandise offers throughout the city it is named after.

The magazine's editor David Remnick joins host Robin Young to reflect on the paper's history, role in culture, criticism and what challenges lie ahead.
