What a mineral deal between the U.S. and Ukraine would mean

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says a framework deal with the United States on Ukraine's critical raw materials is nearly sorted, but a few key parts are still under negotiation. The White House says Zelenskyy will be in Washington on Friday to sign a deal. Kyiv has not yet confirmed that statement.
