U.S. foreign aid to be gutted

The Trump administration says it’s cutting 90% of USAID’s foreign aid contracts, according to a White House internal memo and court filings first reported by the Associated Press. It's the latest move in the administration's push to end the majority of U.S. humanitarian aid around the world.
