Global conflict index sheds light on changing world order

The Armed Conflict Location And Event Data noprofit — ACLED — has a new global conflict list of countries to watch in 2025. The list gets at the evolving and nuanced security situation of many regions, including how the scaling back of USAID and misinformation affect conflict patterns.
