The Supreme Court is weighing a case about Mexico's lawsuit against U.S. gun manufacturers, saying they're "aiding and abetting" gun trafficking.

Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd speaks with Tim Sloan, who once led the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’s Mexico operations, and has seen firsthand how guns from the U.S. make it to Mexico. Sloan is working on a book on his experiences.

This segment aired on March 4, 2025.
