European countries step up to help Ukraine amid pause in U.S. aid, intelligence sharing

In Saudi Arabia, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Ukrainian officials are meeting to discuss an end to Russia's war, following the pause in U.S. military aid and intelligence sharing to Ukraine. Now, European leaders are stepping up to help Ukraine, but they are still figuring out how to pay for it.

Constanze Stelzenmüller, director of the Center on the United States and Europe at the Brookings Institution, joins us to discuss how Europe can support Ukraine.
