Cybersecurity experts say it's necessary to maintain U.S. cyberoperations against Russia

President Trump said he will speak with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday about the 30-day ceasefire in Ukraine, backed by the United States. To bring Russia to the negotiating table to discuss the war in Ukraine, and as Trump warms up to Putin, it's been reported that the Trump administration ordered U.S. Cyber Command to stop offensive cyberoperations against Russia.
