Russia amps up attacks on Ukraine's infrastructure

Russia stepped up attacks on Ukraine's cities Tuesday night, targeting two hospitals, energy systems and railways. The airstrikes came just hours after Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to temporarily pause attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
