Housing was one of the top issues for voters last election cycle, especially for younger Millennials and Generation Z. Yet recent Trump administration policies — including gutting the Department of Housing and Urban Development and imposing tariffs on some construction materials — may make housing less affordable.

This segment aired on March 21, 2025.
