Just as EVs are getting more popular, Trump could kneecap the industry's growth

Americans bought more than 1.3 million electric vehicles in 2024 — a new record helped by a late surge in sales at the end of the year. However, economic experts are forecasting that Trump administration policies could slow down the EV industry's growth.
