Supreme Court allows deportations under Alien Enemies Act to continue

The Supreme Court allowed the Trump administration to continue deporting Venezuelans that it claims are members of a gang under the Alien Enemies Act.

In a separate case, the chief justice temporarily blocked a judge's order for the U.S. to bring back a Salvadoran migrant who lived in Maryland after he was deported in error.
