Measles infections confirmed in 21 states as Western Texas outbreak worsens

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has endorsed a measles vaccine, angering anti-vaccine activists who support him.

The move comes after another child died from measles in Western Texas, and as more infections have spread throughout the country.
