House Republicans narrowly pass budget framework
House Republicans narrowly passed a budget blueprint that allows Congress to move forward on a plan to enact key parts of President Trump's agenda, including tax cuts and border security.
The vote was initially in peril after fiscal hawks within the Republican Party expressed frustration that the plan did not include bigger spending cuts.
