How climate change is making our rice more toxic

Climate change has already transformed our world, from rising sea levels to changing weather patterns. But it's also having an impact on our diets and the food we eat. As temperatures rise, the world's most consumed grain — rice — is becoming more toxic.

We hear from Lewis Ziska, an associate professor in environmental health sciences at Columbia University. He’s one of the researchers behind the study.
