When the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022, that was only the beginning for some anti-abortion activists. For them, a new book argues, the ultimate goal is fetal personhood, the idea that fetuses and embryos have the rights of people under the Constitution.

This segment aired on April 25, 2025.
