Former longtime Yankee magazine reporter and editor Mel Allen has collected many of his writings in the new book "Here in New England: Unforgettable Stories of People, Places and Memories that Connect Us All."

Host Anthony Brooks met up with Allen to talk about the book, which comes out in September.
