Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with Bob Corn-Revere, chief counsel at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, about Disney's decision to pull comedian Jimmy Kimmel's late-night show off the air indefinitely.

The head of the Federal Communications Commissioner objected to Kimmel's remarks Monday about the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, and two major stations groups that are licensed by the FCC and carry Kimmel's show decided to drop the program from its lineups.

This segment aired on September 18, 2025.
