European countries present new evidence showing Russian opposition leader was fatally poisoned
Five European countries are providing new evidence that Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny was killed by poisoning in an Arctic prison two years ago Monday, according to a statement released by Britain, France, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands over the weekend. The finding directly challenges Russia's official account of his death, which was by natural causes.
Max Bergmann, the director of the Europe, Russia, and Eurasia program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, joins Tiziana Dearing with his analysis.
