'Ogres have layers': Why 'Shrek' is still charming millions, 25 years later

The first Shrek movie came out 25 years ago on Monday.

The film was an instant hit, spawning a movie franchise, theme park rides and a musical. For a look at the films' unlikely successes and cultural staying power, host Scott Tong speaks to Middlesex University Animation Historian Sam Summers, who hosts the Disniversity Podcast.
