Despite federal funding loss, project to turn landfill into renewable energy site moves forwrd

A renewable energy project to transform an old landfill into a solar array in Cincinnati is moving forward despite the loss of federal funds. When it's finished, the solar array will power city buildings and nearby low-income households.
