Dr. Nicholas Micinski is a postdoctoral fellow at Université Laval and Boston University and will be an assistant professor of political science at the University of Maine. He is the author of two forthcoming books on migration: "UN Global Compacts: Governing Migrants and Refugees" (Routledge) and "Delegating Responsibility: International Cooperation on Migration in the European Union" (University of Michigan Press).
