Patrick Moore Jr. is counsel at the Boston law firm of Hemenway & Barnes LLP and an adjunct professor at Boston College Law School.  He formerly served as associate counsel for presidential personnel in the White House of President Barack Obama and was Deputy Legal Counsel for Governors Deval L. Patrick and Charles D. Baker.
