Samantha Coetzee is the associate producer for WBUR's Morning Edition.

She works behind the scenes to get the news to you before you've even had your coffee. Before coming to WBUR, she was on the air as a Morning Edition host at KUNC in Greeley, Colorado, and spent time at New Hampshire Public Radio as a weekend host.

Samantha fell in love with radio at her college radio station, WUNH, where she was General Manager and curated daily music shows. Samantha graduated with a degree in journalism and design studies from the University of New Hampshire.

A New England native and type two fun enthusiast, when she's not in the studio she can be found climbing New Hampshire's granite cliffs or peak bagging 4,000 footers.
