Stuart N. Brotman is a media scholar, digital media laureate and distinguished senior fellow at The Media Institute, and former president and CEO of The Museum of Television & Radio (now The Paley Center for Media). He is the author of "Free Expression Under Fire: Defending Free Speech and Free Press Across the Political Spectrum" (2025) and served as the inaugural visiting professor of entertainment and media law at Harvard Law School.
