Where can I have flowers delivered?

Delivery is available in select New England and New York metropolitan areas. Click here for a searchable table of zip codes and towns where we can deliver flowers.

What are the delivery deadlines?

Order by 12:00 p.m. Thursday, 5/7 for delivery on Friday, 5/8.

Order by 12:00 p.m. Friday, 5/8 for delivery on Saturday, 5/9.

Order by 12:00 p.m. Saturday, 5/9 for delivery on Sunday, 5/10.

Can I make changes to my flower order?

Flower orders are processed daily and we cannot accommodate requests to change certain details such as arrangement type. Please contact the Membership team at membership@wbur.org or call (617) 353-5755 with any questions.

Can I make a change to my recipient delivery information?

Email membership@wbur.org or call (617) 353-5755 to request an update to your order. We cannot guarantee that updated orders will be re-delivered on the date initially requested, or before the holiday.

Can I request a specific delivery area or time for my flower order?

Winston Flowers is unable to accommodate delivery door or time requests during this time.

When will my flowers be delivered?

Our delivery window is from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. for residential orders, and 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. for business orders.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order has not been delivered by 9 p.m. on the scheduled delivery date or you are unable to locate the package, email membership@wbur.org or call (617) 353-5755.

What if my order is damaged?

We take pride in the quality of our flowers. If your flowers arrive damaged, please send in a picture to membership@wbur.org for assistance.
