Judge Halts Transfers of Fernald Residents

A federal judge yesterday ordered all transfers from the Fernald Developmental Center stopped until U.S. attorney's office reviews how the Department of Mental Retardation has handled the moves so far. As Monica Brady-Myerov reports, the ruling re-opens federal involvement in the state's care and treatment of mentally retarded adults.
