Bratton on Replacing O'Toole

For a look at what the city might be looking for, we turn to Bill Bratton, formerly the chief of the Boston and New York Police Departments, and currently the police chief in Los Angeles.

This program aired on May 12, 2006. The audio for this program is not available.
