Rodas Wins Reprieve from Deportation

There's been a reprieve for a 19-year-old Chelsea resident who could be facing deportation. Mario Rodas now has more time to prepare his case after the immigration review office of the U.S. Department of Justice yesterday delayed his deportation proceedings until December.

Rodas came with his family from Guatemala to the Boston area in 1999 and has been living here as an undocumented immigrant since then.
