Dueling Tax Plans

Over the next seven weeks of campaigning in the gubernatorial race, you can expect to hear a lot about taxes. The Republican nominee, Lieutenant Governor Kerry Healey has pledged to make cutting the state's income tax a key issue. The Democratic candidate Deval Patrick counters that the focus should be on cutting property taxes instead.

WBUR's Martha Bebinger takes a look at the candidates' positions and how they might resonate with voters.
