Last Legs for First Night?

On December 31st, 1999 225 First Night celebrations lit up cities around the country. This year that number drops to 108. First Nights have gone dark in Newburyport, Concord, NH and Providence. The very first First Night happened here in Boston, but keeping the annual event aliv and in the black is a perennial struggle. WBUR's Andrea Shea looked at First Night present First Night past to find out why.
