Patrick's Inaugural Speech Excerpts

After 18 months delivering campaign speeches, Deval Patrick has delivered his first speech as Governor.

His inaugural address yesterday was reminiscent of his campaign, with talk of optimism, of the need for change in government, and of his journey from the South Side of Chicago to the Statehouse of Massachusetts.
