It's the first day of school in Boston and, as always, it promises change. This year that starts at the top, with a new Boston Public Schools Superintendent, Carol Johnson.
She previously served as the chief of schools in Memphis, Tennessee and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Superintendent Johnson joined WBUR's Bob Oakes recently to discuss her expectations in Boston.
