A landmark report on drug use is reverberating through Major League Baseball.

Former Maine senator George Mitchell spent 20 months investigating the use of steroids, human growth hormone, and other drugs.

He accused dozens of players of using banned substances, and says the blame lies with the players and the teams.

We talk with Red Sox historian Glenn Stout about the findings.
