Romney & The GOP

Former Governor Mitt Romney is in Maryland Thursday, campaigning in advance of next Tuesday's primary there. Some thought he might drop out of the race, after falling far behind frontrunner Arizona Senator John McCain in the delegate race after Super Tuesday. But Romney says he's still aiming to win the GOP nomination.

Joining WBUR's Bob Oakes to talk about Mitt Romney and his relationship with the GOP is Mickey Edwards. He's a former Republican Congressman from Oklahoma, now a lecturer at Princeton University and author of the soon-to-be-released book, "Reclaiming Conservatism."

This program aired on February 7, 2008. The audio for this program is not available.
