Communities Stretch Tight Budgets

It's budget time, and many cities and towns in Massachusetts are facing difficult decisions as they plan for the next financial year. Costs are up while revenues are down.

That could lead to service cuts, according to Marc Draisen. He's Executive Director of the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, which represents 101 Greater Boston communities.
