Lawyer For Easton Family Of Police Shooting Victim Seeks Answers

The lawyer for an Easton family whose son was shot and killed by police in New York says his first priority is finding out what happened.

Police shot Danroy Henry early Sunday morning while the Pace college student was moving his car out of a fire lane.

Michael Sussman stopped short of accusing police of inappropriate action, but points out this incident is not the first of its kind.

"We've had a succession of shootings going back now several years of primarily people of color, but not only people of color, and those incidents have caused great consternation, publicity, alarm, and then a few months later there's another one," Sussman said.

Police have said the matter is under investigation.
