Boston's Bid For A Caroling World Record Fails

Over the weekend, Boston Pops Conductor Keith Lockhart set out to “shatter” the Guinness World Record for the most carolers singing in on place at one time — but it didn’t happen.

The official caroler count at a massive sing-a-long outside the Prudential Center was 3,239. Bob Jones University in South Carolina still holds the record, with 7,514 carolers in 2004.
