Rep. Frank Talks Reducing Deficit, Occupy Boston

Rep. Barney Frank has been touring his district in recent days, holding town meetings and proposing defense cuts as key to deficit reduction. He says he plans to argue his proposal before the congressional "supercommittee" that's working on ways to trim the federal deficit.
