Occupy Boston Protesters Face Arraignment

The dozens of Occupy Boston protesters arrested when their encampment was dismantled over the weekend face arraignment this week, while the movement contemplates its next moves.

Forty-six people were arrested on trespassing and disorderly conduct charges early Saturday morning when the Dewey Square tent city was evicted after 10 weeks protesting economic disparity and corporate control of government. Some of the 32 men and 14 women arrested could be arraigned as soon as Monday.

The protesters have also planned a rally at Boston's City Hall Plaza on Monday followed by a march back to Dewey Square.

They say the end of the tent city does not signify the end of their movement.

Dewey Square has been cordoned off by police barriers while landscapers work on installing sod and shrubs.
