Boston police are investigating the death of a young man they found unconscious on the street in the Financial District.
Officers patrolling in the area of Franklin and Broad streets saw the man on the ground early Saturday. He appeared to be suffering from a head injury and was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital, where physicians pronounced him dead.
Police did not immediately identify the man, except to say that he was in his 20s.
Investigators are looking into facts and circumstances surrounding the killing.
