2 Leap From Building In Allston Fire
Two people leaped from a burning building in Allston early Saturday morning as firefighters tried to reach them.
A woman jumped from the third floor as firefighters tried to bring her a ladder. She hit the first floor roof and then landed on a Boston firefighter who was trying to help her. She is reported to be in critical condition. The firefighter suffered minor injuries.

One man was injured when he jumped from a second floor window.
A spokesman for the Boston Fire Department said three other people were hurt in the multiple alarm fire, most of them for smoke inhalation.
One hundred firefighters converged on the three story building on Quint Avenue shortly after 6 a.m.
The building is a total loss, with at least nine people displaced.
