The entire Massachusetts Congressional delegation voted in favor of the deal to end the 16-day government shutdown and avert a federal default Wednesday night.

Rep. Richard Neal called the government shutdown "irresponsible and reprehensible." Sen. Ed Markey called it "a 16-day Tea Party temper tantrum."

Rep. Niki Tsongas joined WBUR's Morning Edition to discuss the overnight vote and what it means to move forward.
