The MBTA was reporting delays on all lines again Wednesday morning, but agency officials said things were getting better after Tuesday's nightmare commute, when cold temperatures and the record-breaking snowfalls forced the T's infrastructure to feel its age.

Lisa McColgan was one of the thousands of weary MBTA commuters taking out their frustrations on Twitter Tuesday morning. Her commute from Malden on the Orange Line usually takes about 25 minutes, but on Tuesday it was over two hours long.

McColgan joined WBUR's Morning Edition to talk about her ride into the city and the outcry on social media she saw Tuesday. Listen to the full interview above.

This segment aired on February 4, 2015.
