Mass. Budget And Policy Center President Talks Baker's Proposed Cuts To Fix Budget Shortfall

Gov. Charlie Baker laid out his plan Tuesday to close the state's $768 million budget deficit.

The proposal includes spending cuts to the tune of $514 million and relies on $254 million in new revenue.

Noah Berger, president of the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center, joined WBUR's Morning Edition to discuss Baker's proposals. Listen to the full interview above.
