Federal prosecutors have completed their case seeking the death penalty for convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

When the defense begins on Monday it's going to have to overcome some emotional evidence and testimony.

Please note that there is newly-released audio from the day of the bombings that some listeners may find disturbing included in the report from WBUR's David Boeri, who joins Morning Edition to discuss testimony in court Thursday.
