Prosecution Rests In Penalty Phase Of Tsarnaev Trial After Victim Testimony

Federal prosecutors have completed their case seeking the death penalty for convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

When the defense begins on Monday it's going to have to overcome some emotional evidence and testimony.
