'Whitey' Bulger's Lawyers Submit Appeal

Convicted killer and crime boss James "Whitey" Bulger was not in court Monday as his lawyers asked a federal appeals panel to order a new trial. Attorneys for Bulger and the government disagree about whether Bulger was prevented from testifying in his own defense.
