Forecast: Sunshine Returns With Very Warm Temperatures

The overnight rain most definitely had a very positive impact. You’ll quickly notice the landscape is even more green and lush than it was just a few days ago, and it seems like the leaves may have grown another 25 percent since yesterday.

Today is a good beach day. It’s going to be very warm. Temperatures this afternoon will easily be in the 80s, and after a day with clouds and readings in the 60s, it’s going to feel even warmer.

There will be some humidity in the air and depending on your tolerance, you might need the air conditioner on.

If there are clouds to start the day, they will quickly fade away leaving plenty of sunshine.

Tuesday is an interesting day for weather. There’s going to be a cold front pushing east, and behind this system the air will turn cooler for the rest of the week. But, in order to push out the warm air and replace it will the cooler stuff, we might see some thunderstorms.

The atmospheric setup is going to be good for storms, and some of these could get quite strong later Tuesday. Whether or not we have severe weather tomorrow or not is still questionable, but there is definitely the possibility of thunderstorms with heavy downpours, gusty winds and hail.

Temperatures turn quite cool for the second half of the weekend and into the weekend. A Canadian flow of air will keep the heat well south of New England and bring some great sleeping weather.
